Soundblooms is a personal, independent audio publication. There are no user accounts, no advertising, no tracking cookies, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing. This page explains the little that is processed, and why.

The site sets no cookies of its own — not for tracking, and not for preferences.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver pages and protect the service against abuse, Vercel transiently processes technical data such as your IP address and request metadata, acting as our processor. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-preserving service that counts page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies, builds no personal profiles, and does not track you across sites.
Contacting us by email
If you write to us, we process your email address and the contents of your message in order to reply, and keep the correspondence no longer than needed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in your country of residence.
